During the Head of the Cuyahoga, there is an athlete’s village in the center of the regatta site that hosts vendors, food trucks, and exhibitor tents. The HOTC expects over 2,500 athletes and spectators from 60+ clubs, 40+ cities in 15+ states to our waterfront boathouse this year.
Exhibitor Fee Levels: $100, $150, $250
One week prior to the event, vendors/exhibitors will receive additional information from CRF via email, including specific setup & teardown times and directions to the boathouse.
Vendors/exhibitors are responsible for their own display, materials, cash, valuables, and any other property. CRF will not take responsibility for any items on the premise.

WATER STATION
CRF is requesting that rowers and spectators not bring disposable water bottles onsite, and instead plan on bringing their own, reusable water bottles. A water station will be available at no cost, and for those who do not have a disposable water bottle with them, CRF water bottles will be sold for $3.
